Executive Summary
IVY is an open banking fintech specializing in API-based payment solutions. Using a modern interface, IVY enables the seamless integration of instant transfers (pay-by-bank), real-time payouts, cross-border transactions, and automated account management. The target group primarily includes payment service providers, marketplaces, crypto platforms, and other technology-driven companies with high payment volumes.
Situation prior to the collaboration:
At the time the project started, IVY did not pursue a structured go-to-market approach via paid channels. Neither SEA nor an active account-based marketing motion had been established. Lead generation was predominantly opportunistic and not scalable.
By scaling paid lead channels (LinkedIn & Google) and implementing an international account-based marketing strategy, IVY was able to significantly increase lead quality and reduce costs per lead.
